If the product is returned for personal reasons (for example: change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no defect in the product):

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

• We will cover the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
